Three steps and you’ll know if Apotheo will work for you. Branding, payments, and the rest of your setup can all wait until after — none of it is in the way.
- Add one clientYour most engaged client, a friend, or yourself — adding yourself means you see exactly what your clients see. Choose Basic Only as the signup form so they don’t have to fill out a full questionnaire.
- Set their first check-in dateWhen their signup form comes back to you, you’ll set their start date and their check-in date. Put the check-in a day or two out rather than leaving it a week.
- Read it when it landsThis is the part that takes coaches from forty minutes a check-in to fifteen. It’s also the moment you’ll know whether Apotheo suits how you coach.
